Well, here we are at le fin—the end. I’m calling this Le Fin Part 1, though, because those two extra words make it seem less final. It’s just the beginning of the end, not the end of the end! Part 2 is yet to come!

As Ernest Hemingway once wrote, “If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life, it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast.”

And so we move, but we do not leave Paris behind. The feast that was this year is with us forever, and maybe, just maybe, this crazy world will bring us back again. Who can say? This isn’t the end. Just Part 1.
