Mint condition

In this episode of Things the US Should Consider Borrowing from Europe, let’s talk about:

Fresh mint tea.

It’s everywhere in Amsterdam. I’ve never seen it anywhere else. It never even occurred to me to make tea with fresh herbs! But it is oh so delicious, and the rest of the world should take note.

Boiling water + a couple sprigs of fresh mint + honey = perfection

I would take it as the greatest complimint – and as a testamint to the deliciousness of this Dutch treat if the recipe spread like, well, a mint plant in a sunny climate. Here’s your encouragemint! Try it!

In any case, I thought it deserved a mintion.
